Lava Horses is a family run company. The family of four welcomes their guests and takes them out riding in the beautiful landscape surrounding the farm Hraunkot.

Saltvík is a horse farm located four kilometers south of Húsavík. The farm can look back at a long tradition on offering riding tours in Northeast Iceland. Besides short tours for an hour, e.g. along the beach during sunset and day-tours around Húsavík they specialized in 5-9 day tours through the wilderness of the highlands.
